Surprised this location has such poor reviews! Granted, I've never been in the store but I've ordered delivery from here 5+ times. All of the delivery people have been fast and friendly- they've even delivered to my personal apartment door. And they've never forgotten an item or messed up an order!
I love Jimmy John's in general because it's so easy to make a sandwich vegan (veggie with no cheese or mayo). I love their regular chips and pickles as well! -

This place is gross. Employees will dig in the trash with gloves on then go and touch your food without changing gloves or washing their hands. My friends and I had to go up 3 times to ask for our order to be correct. Every time we went up we either got ignored or eye rolls from employees. I asked to get my ranch and the only dude that was working said "you have to pay for that" in the grossest rudest tone. I did pay for it. It was on my ticket. I would like my ranch!
Overall jimmy johns food is good. Their Employees are gross! -

By far my worst Jimmy Johns experience. I was hardly greeted even though there was no one in the store. The lady ringing me up was extremely rude and seemed irritated that I had cut into her cell phone time. After she rung me up she went straight back to her phone. Very professional...
Lastly, the subs were sad excuses for subs. Seriously pathetic looking and tasting. Check out the photos for yourself. -

Arrived half an hour late. Asked for bacon, was charged for bacon, received no bacon. Sandwich was coated in oil, globs of mayo, and the guy that answered (African American) was so rude and unprofessional. Didn't answer my call and I had to call from a different number. Once he realized it was me, he put me on hold and then hung up

Worst jimmy johns ever. Ordered two unwiches-took twenty minutes to make. There were 3 employees there and they left the new guy to make the sandwiches. Will not return.
